Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Alexandra M. Cooper, 19, 1700 block of Crawford Street, Terre Haute, booked 1:32 p.m. Failure to appear.

Mark N. Marion, 29, 200 block of Dunn Avenue, Crawfordsville, booked 2:52 p.m. Failure to appear.

Broc Weber, 20, 18200 block of 75th Street, Bristol, Wis., booked 3:32 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Jehmale D. Rainey, 38, 2400 block of North 12th Street, Terre Haute, booked 4:35 p.m. Habitual traffic violator and operating while intoxicated (two counts).
