Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Wednesday

Robert D. Thomlinson, 41, 300 block of Edwards Street, West Terre Haute, booked 12:13 p.m. Battery-domestic.

Johnnie B. West, 48, booked 1700 block of Thompson Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 1:59 p.m. Contempt of court.

Jacob Dean, 24, no address given, booked 2:10 p.m. Court order.

Donald E. Mundell, 39, 4700 block of North Hendricks Street, Terre Haute, booked 2:49 p.m. Probation violation.

Christa L. Lindsey, 33, 200 block of Foulkes Drive, Terre Haute, booked 3:28 p.m. Failure to appear (two counts).

Linda L. Downing, 46, 2200 block of Garfield Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 4:24 p.m. Failure to appear.

Robert Quick, 32, 1500 block of Eagle Street, Terre Haute, booked 6:08 p.m. Public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Dustin Wimmer, 26, 500 block of East 43rd 1/2 Drive, Terre Haute, booked 6:22 p.m. Battery-domestic.

Melissa Wimmer, 31, 200 block of East Beech Street, Terre Haute, booked 6:34 p.m. Battery-domestic.

Jody A. Bush, 43, 4700 block of West County Road 1200 North, Farmersburg, booked 7:18 p.m. Disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

Kevin L. Bunting, 42, 1000 block of North Third Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 8:17 p.m. Failure to appear.

Nathaniel A. Wright, 38, 18800 block of South Bandy Lane, Clinton, booked 10:28 p.m. Manufacture methamphetamine, resisting law enforcement (two counts) and driving while suspended.

Thursday

Matthew W. Robinson, 22, 5600 block of Dyke Road, Beaver Dams, N.Y.,  booked 1:59 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Gavin K. Williams, 32, 2300 block of Patrick Street, Terre Haute, booked 3:56 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Moblaji Omolade, 39, 2100 block of Dillman, Terre Haute, booked 4:27 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
