TERRE HAUTE —
Police are searching for an alleged bank robber who reportedly robbed the Vigo County Federal Credit Union at 128 S. Eighth St. a little after 11 a.m. in Terre Haute late this
morning.
Authorities could not immediately provide any additional information, but
scanner traffic indicated police were pursuing a black male described as
tall, with a thin build. He was thought to be in his mid-30s and was wearing
blue jeans, a blue shirt and carrying a blue bag from the bank, according to
scanner traffic.
The Tribune-Star will provide further information as it becomes available.
