Vigo County Jail Log: Feb. 21, 2013

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were Booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Wednesday

David G. Porter, 59, no address, Terre Haute. Booked 8:27 a.m. Failure to register sex/violent felon.

Carrie A. Millis, 29, 300 block of South Fourth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10 a.m. Failure to appear (three counts).

Tobin C. Lindsey, 26, 2000 block of North Seventh Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:44 p.m. Battery.

John R. Eldred, 25, 3200 block of Washington Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 4:29 p.m. Forgery.

Marvin D. Green, 26, 900 block of South Ninth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:15 p.m. Dealing marijuana/hash and bond revocation.

Darius Ashton-Collins, 21, 600 block of 14 1/2 Street, Terre Haute. Booked 6:18 p.m. Battery-domestic and strangulation.

Anastasia Winderlich, 28, 2000 block of North 22nd Street, Terre Haute. Booked 6:29 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Todd L. Prilaman, 40, 1400 block of Wabash Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 8:20 p.m. Criminal conversion, resisting law enforcement (two counts) and possession of paraphernalia.

 

Thursday

Randy Lee Smith Jr., 33, 10 block of South 14th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:37 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Jerald Welty, 49, 10 block of West Paris Avenue, West Terre Haute. Booked 1:32 a.m. Driver never licensed.

Mark A. Dudley, 50, no address. Booked 6:12 a.m. Court order.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
