Frigid weather is prompting a delay to the start of school Tuesday morning.
Vigo County School Corp. classes will be operating on a two-hour delay, according to Superintendent Danny Tanoos.
Single-digit temperatures combined with steady to strong winds are expected to cause wind-chills to plummet well below zero.
