TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Thursday

Carol A. Owens, 24, 1400 block of Locust Street, Terre Haute. Booked 8:29 a.m. Residential entry and criminal mischief.

Steven M. Cook, 36, 6200 block of North Clinton Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:19 a.m. Child molesting.

Kimberly L. Wheeler, 19, 2400 block of First Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 11:28 a.m. Contempt of court.

Diane Wilson, 51, 5300 block of Estate Road, Terre Haute. Booked 12:21 p.m. Probation violation.

Wilbert Miller, 30, 1000 block of North Monitor Avenue, Chicago. Booked 2:18 p.m. Court order.

Lavane V. Mitchell, 25, 1400 block of Third Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 3:22 p.m. Failure to appear (two counts).

Deandre R. Hughes, 20, 10 block of South Alabama Street, Indianapolis. Booked 3:52 p.m. Probation violation.

Anthony M. Campbell, 46, Club Soda, Terre Haute. Booked 4:23 p.m. Court order.

Glenn B. Forsman, 21, 1100 block of Carl Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 4:40 p.m. Failure to appear.

Jody A. Cliver, 36, 3400 block of South Fifth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:00 p.m. Probation violation.

Thomas R. Rudisel, 33, 800 block of North Fifth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:56 p.m. Failure to appear.

Thomas A. Fennell, 21, 1400 block of Seventh Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 8:08 p.m. Failure to appear.

Leslie A. Davis, 23, 200 block of West Wheeler Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 8:39 p.m. Public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Jerry J. Johnson, 49, 6500 block of North Robertson Road, Terre Haute. Booked 9:06 p.m. Criminal trespassing.

Mickey J. Brownfield, 38, 2400 block of North 6 1/2 Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:12 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Chris A. Wickham, 43, 6500 block of 35th Avenue, Tacoma, Wash. Booked 10:02 p.m. Public intoxication.

Devonce O. Whitesides, 18, 1300 block of Chestnut Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:13 p.m. Probation violation.

Friday

Dawnetta E. Benson, 47, 600 block of Washington Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 12:47 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Mohammed S. Hawsawi, 28, 100 block of Derby Court, Terre Haute. Booked 1:20 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Justin M. Hagan, 18, 200 block of Mills Hall, Terre Haute. Booked 2:41 a.m. Minor consuming.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
