TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were Booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Monday

Gregory D. Thomas, 48, 1500 block of South 19th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 8:54 a.m. Bond revocation (two counts).

Jose A. Lopez, 30, 3300 block of East Goldenrod Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 9:30 a.m. Probation violation and failure to appear.

Fredrick E. Coe, 34, 600 block of Oak Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:33 p.m. Failure to appear.

Mark Shannon, 41, 100 block of North 22nd Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:43 p.m. Court order.

James W. Anderson Jr., 53, 10 block of Greyhound Circle, Carmel. Booked 1:06 p.m. Court order.

Michael D. Wright, 44, no address, Terre Haute. Booked 1:26 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Brandon E. Floyd, 26, 600 block of South Murphy Avenue, Brazil. Booked 2:28 p.m. Bond revocation (two counts).

Richard A. Hoke, 25, 600 block of North 15th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:16 p.m. Parole violation.

Michael W. Shafer, 44, 1500 block of Second Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 4:37 p.m. Failure to appear.

Amy E. Doyle, 40, 2900 block of South Eighth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:58 p.m. Failure to appear.

Jerry L. Jenkins Jr., 54, 2900 block of North 6 1/2 Street, Terre Haute. Booked 6:33 p.m. Criminal mischief.

Martin L. Mundell, 32, 3200 block of Old Paris Road, West Terre Haute. Booked 6:54 p.m. Criminal trespassing and theft.

Alexander Thomas, 27, 600 block of Indiana Street, Terre Haute. Booked 7:12 p.m. Probation violation.

Lori A. Smith, 37, 1100 block of North Fourth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 7:19 p.m. Failure to appear, criminal conversion and possession controlled substance.

Tuesday

Jeremy Vanhorn, 24, 2900 block of North 19th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:13 a.m. Residential entry.

Jamoka Smith, 36, 1300 block of Liberty Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 2:01 a.m. Failure to appear.

Deanna Smith, 22, 5600 block of East Beagle Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:04 a.m. Failure to appear.

Henry A. Rosa, 21, no address, Terre Haute. Booked 3:11 a.m. Intimidation.

Lindsey Moss, 21, 2100 block of Cook Road, West Terre Haute. Booked 3:29 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
