Vigo County Jail Log: Sept. 1, 2012

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.



Thursday

• Gene C. Beyers, 44, 1800 block of Margaret Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 10 a.m. Parole violation.

• Sarah Murray, 31, West Honey Creek Drive, Terre Haute, booked 12:33 p.m. Driving while intoxicated.

• Aaron W. Hoss, 23, 1200 block of North 11th Street, Terre Haute, booked 1 p.m. Probation violation.

• Carol Ann Linzy, 23, 2600 block of South 19th Street, Terre Haute, booked 1:07 p.m. Failure to appear and criminal trespass.

• Amanda M. Spicer, 33, 4300 block of North 14th Street, Terre Haute, booked 3:03 p.m. Court order.

• Neisha Moore, 28, 500 block of South Seventh Street, Terre Haute, booked 3:15 p.m. Probation violation.

• Jesse E Padgett II, 22, 200 block of South Ninth Street, West Terre Haute, booked 4:22 p.m. Court order.

• Jason R. Hellmann, 34, 10 block of South 16th Street, Terre Haute, booked 4:26 p.m. Battery.

• Chelcie Decker, 23, 1200 block of Dawn Drive, Terre Haute, booked 5:21 p.m. Court order.

• Melisa J. Tarwater, 32, 2100 block of North 14th Street, Terre Haute, booked 6:06 p.m. Residential entry, battery.

• Chad A. McKillop, 38, 1200 block of North Sixth Street, Terre Haute, booked 6:12 p.m. Criminal conversion.

• Stephanie Santos, 23, 2400 block of Heck Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 6:48 p.m. Criminal conversion.

• Desirae X. Dugger, 21, 9400 block of North Early Place, Terre Haute, booked 10:38 p.m. Failure to appear.

Friday

• Zachary T. Sears, 23, 100 block of West Paris Avenue, West Terre Haute, booked 12:06 a.m. Driving while intoxicated.

• Jason Custer, 23, 1500 block of Plum Street, Terre Haute, booked 1:56 a.m. Driving while intoxicated.

• Lacey R. Brooks, 22, 600 block of South Center, Terre Haute booked 4:02 a.m. Driving while intoxicated.

• Rahman H. Hunter, 25, 1000 North Eighth Street, Terre Haute, booked 4:35 p.m. Driving while intoxicated.



Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
