Oscar Mayer Wienermobile makes weekend stop in Terre Haute

Will visit Kroger stores on Saturday, Sunday

TERRE HAUTE — The Oscar Mayer Wienermobile will visit  a pair of Terre Haute Kroger stores this weekend.

The iconic orange vehicle will be at the Fort Harrison Road Kroger store Saturday, Jan. 14, from 11 a.m to 4 p.m. and the Wabash Avenue store Sunday, Jan. 15, from 11 a.m. to  4 p.m. 

The Oscar Mayer Wienermobile visited two Kroger stores in Terre Haute earlier in the year to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the Wienermobile. Oscar Mayer invited Facebook fans to nominate their city for a visit. Hundreds of nominations were narrowed to a final list of 75. Terre Haute was one of the winning cities of a Facebook competition among hundreds of cities across the country and the Wienermobile will be celebrating with a visit to Kroger.
