Vigo County Jail Log: March 21, 2013

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Wednesday

Jack C. Price, 22, 2600 block of North 27th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:39 a.m. Bond revocation.

Antoine White, 20, 9400 block of South Saint Lawrence Avenue, Chicago. Booked 11:20 a.m. Court order.

Darius Franklin, 29, 2900 block of West Arlington, Chicago. Booked 11:45 a.m. Court order.

Mark E Watson, 50, 2000 block of South Seventh Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:26 p.m. Theft.

Shane L. Kimsey, 22, 2500 block of North 15 1/2 Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:05 p.m. Bond revocation.

Vincent O. Dates, 31, 1100 block of South 11th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:15 p.m. Court order (two counts).

Jenny L. Strain, 39, 6400 block of West Evans Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 4:04 p.m. Possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia and criminal conversion.

Daniel D. Chapman, 53, 2500 block of North 10th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:09 p.m. Invasion of privacy.

Edwin B. Phillips, 57, 5100 block of East Old Fort Harrison Road, Terre Haute. Booked 8:39 p.m. Invasion of privacy.

Christina Lennox, 34, 2000 block of North 20th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:13 p.m. Possession of a controlled substance.

Bradley S. Conder, 48, 1300 block of Sycamore Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:29 p.m. Driving while suspended and failure to appear.

Cheryl Patterson, 33, 200 block of Monterey Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 11:31 p.m. Possession of methamphetamine, operating while intoxicated and driving while suspended.

C. Zacharia McCrocklin, 28, 1200 block of South Ninth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:38 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

 

Thursday

Kelvin T. Heyen, 30, 200 block of South Ninth Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 1:21 a.m. Probation violation.

Jonathon E. DaCosta, 31, 700 block of North Mount Juliet, Mount Juliet, Tenn. Booked 2:47 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Kentrel T. Bailey, 21, 900 block of Eighth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 3:58 a.m. Operating while intoxicated and driving while suspended.

Robert D. Shepard, 46, 1900 block of East Indiana 163, Clinton. Booked 4:13 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
