  UPDATE 4: Deadly tornado roars through Oklahoma City suburb

  A monstrous tornado at least a half-mile wide roared through the Oklahoma City suburbs Monday, flattening entire neighborhoods and destroying an elementary school with a direct blow as children and teachers huddled against winds up to 200 mph. At least 51 people were killed, and officials said the death toll was expected to rise.

Theresa Amelunke, 49, 600 block of South Eighth Street, Terre Haute, booked 1:10 a.m. Court order.

Paul E. Logsdon, 45, 3800 block of East Phillips Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 2:35 a.m. Dealing methamphetamine and maintaing a common nuisance.

Ian P. Foxworthy, 21, 2200 block of East Haythorne, Terre Haute, booked 3:40 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Elisha M. Charles, 33, 10400 block of South of Trueblood, Terre Haute, booked 9:09 a.m. Court order.

Aaron Jackson, 29, no address given, booked 9:18 a.m. Court order.

Kent D. Whitinger, 49, 2200 block of East New York Street, Indianapolis, booked 9:24 a.m. Court order.

Samuel Koester, 39, 1000 block of Sixth Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 11:58 a.m. Probation violation.

Bradley L. Stout, 33, 11700 block of West State Road 48, Jasonville, booked 12:31 p.m. Theft

Kenneth J. Barnes, 49, 700 block of Andrew Street, Paris, Ill., booked 2:36 p.m. Failure to appear.

Logan Frets, 24, 2000 block of South Center, Terre Haute, booked 4:26 p.m. Criminal trespass.

James M. Buckallew, 27, 1400 block of North Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 4:55 p.m. Probation violation.

Anthony Wilford, 46, 1900 block of Sixth Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 5:39 p.m. Criminal trespass and public intoxication.    

Steven A. Session, 29, 3400 block of South 10th, Terre Haute, booked 5:44 p.m. Probation violation.

Howard E. Cooper, 61, 8700 block of Wabash Avenue, Seelyville, booked 8:17 p.m. Battery-domestic and resisting law enforcement.    

Julius R. Evans, 21, 2400 block of Cleveland Avenue, Terre Haute, booked, 10:59 p.m. Failure to appear.

Wednesday

George L. Ross, 56, 10800 block of North CR 200 West, Brazil, booked  12:18 a.m. Public intoxication and failure to appear.

Joshua A. Shaffer, 25, 1400 block of Third Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 12:34 a.m. Public intoxication and disorderly conduct.  

Laura N. Dimond, 20, 400 block of South 15th, Terre Haute, booked 2:21 a.m. Failure to appear.

Michael L. Rowe Jr., 25, 1600 block of Loma Linda Road, West Terre Haute, booked 3:42 a.m. Failure to appear.

Derek R. Smith, 20, 12000 block of North Cardonia East Street, Brazil, booked 4:58 a.m. Failure to appear.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
