Wednesday

Michael L. Holton, 28, 2900 block of South Eighth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:34 a.m. Court order.

Natasha Lee, 20, 1400 block of Grand Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 10:22 a.m. Minor consuming.

Amy A. Holbert, 38, 1700 block of West Blossom Avenue, West Terre Haute. Booked 10:41 a.m. Court order.

Paul Farrow, 48, 100 block of West Third Street, Tilton, Ill. Booked 2:02 p.m. Arson.

William J. Threlkeld, 56, 3800 block of East Isabell Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 2:26 p.m. Criminal mischief.

Jeffrey L. Shoemaker, 44, 2500 block of Margybeth Avenue, Evansville. Booked 2:49 p.m. Failure to appear.

Phillip D. Heck, 25, 2700 block of Jackson Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:50 p.m. Court order.

Michael E. Holdridge, 46, 1200 block of North Fourth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:19 p.m. Probation violation.

Anthony G. Sappenfield, 48, no address given, according to authorities, Terre Haute. Booked 3:54 p.m. Court order.

Joseph W. Brown, 29, 300 block of North Eppworth Street, Brazil. Booked 4:35 p.m. Criminal conversion and probation violation.

Michael L. Rowe Jr., 26, 1500 block of South Center Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:29 p.m. Failure to appear.

Brittaney D. Head, 20, Brazil. Booked 7:07 p.m. Failure to appear.

Dariale L. Clark, 23, 1400 block of Wabash Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 7:40 p.m. Criminal trespass.

Tabitha M. Batchelor, 34, 2300 block of Locust Street, Terre Haute. Booked 7:58 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Heather D. Wiehe, 32, no address given, according to authorities. Booked 8:10 p.m. Court order.

Okesha M. Bills, 34, 2500 block of 25th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:45 p.m. Residential entry.

Dale L. Madison, 56, 8000 block of South Coxville Road, Rosedale. Booked 11:37 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Thursday

Robert L. Dixon Jr., 45, no address given, according to authorities. Booked 12:31 a.m. Receiving stolen property.

Tyler Gifford, 19, 7400 block of Lathrop Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 1:09 a.m. Battery and criminal mischief.

Patricia A. Sparks, 36, 1400 block of South 14th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:53 a.m. Battery-domestic.

Devin P. Langley, 19, 11200 block of East U.S. 40, Terre Haute. Booked 3:05 a.m. Sexual misconduct with a minor.

Tommy L. Edwards, 53, 1600 block of Spruce Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 3:27 a.m. Burglary.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
