TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.



Friday

• Larry D. Russell, 39, 2600 block of North 12th Street, Terre Haute, booked 2:09 p.m. Criminal confinement (three counts) and neglect of a dependent (three counts).   

•  DeAndre Carneygee, 20, 900 block of Gilbert Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 3:35 p.m.  Disorderly conduct.

•  Nikki L. Russell, 35, 2600 block of North 12th Street, Terre Haute, booked 4:38 p.m. Neglect of a dependent and criminal confinement.   

•  Nikkaray S. Hughes, 20, 1300 block of North Chestnut Street, Terre Haute, booked 5:26 p.m. Criminal conversion.

•  Kenneth R. Masterman, 29, 2200 block of Fifth Street, Terre Haute, booked 6:25 p.m. Court order.

•  Zachary L. Crockett, 22, 1600 block of South U.S. 41, Terre Haute, booked 6:32 p.m. Failure to respond to summon.

•  Matthew C. Stieglitz, 28, 1100 block of South Sixth Street, Terre Haute, booked 6:44 p.m. Court order.

•  James D. Crowley, 49, 2400 block of West Maple Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 7:02 p.m. Bond revocation.

•  Cynnamon M. Bell, 27, no address given, Terre Haute, booked 7:23 p.m. Possession of marijuana/hash and operating while intoxicated.

•  Brittney N. Julian, 25, 1300 block of Chestnut Street, Terre Haute, booked 8:05 a.m. Criminal conversion.

•  Samantha S. Miller, 27, 10 block of North 23rd Street, Terre Haute, booked 8:48 p.m. Criminal conversion, criminal trespass and failure to appear (two counts).

•  Brandy L. Waller, 22, 1500 block of Second Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 9:52 p.m. Failure to appear.

•  Allison J. Jenkins, 27, 2700 block of Dimmick Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 11:06 p.m. Failure to appear.



Saturday

•  Mariano V. Lacsamana, 31, 9700 block of South Armstrong, Terre Haute, booked 12:31 a.m. Operating while intoxicated and leaving scene.

•  Lacie Bozarth, 22, 9500 block of Lenderman Place, West Terre Haute, booked 4:55 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

•  Donald R. Bracken, 37, 900 block of West Allison Drive, West Terre Haute, booked 10:51 a.m. Habitual traffic violator.

•  Shrome W. Binkley, 20, 1300 block of Fifth Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 6:48 p.m. Criminal conversion.

•  Michael L. Bryan, 35, 2000 block of North 29th Street, Terre Haute, booked 9:09 p.m.  Leaving scene-property damage and operating while intoxicated.



Sunday

•  Alexander T. Gandon, 25, 700 block of South 19th Street, Terre Haute, booked 2:59 a.m.  Operating while intoxicated.

•  Daniel J. Norris, 30, 2400 block of West Center Avenue, West Terre Haute, booked 3:44 a.m. Public intoxication and intimidation.

•  Dustin H. Childress, 23, 600 block of North Grant Street, Oblong, Ill., booked 3:58 a.m. Battery-domestic.

•  Kevin M. Jackson, 32, 6400 block of East Mansfield, Rockville, booked 6:03 a.m. Operating while intoxicated, possession of controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana/hash.

•  Melinda R. Pinkston, 28, 800 block of North-East Eighth Street, Linton, 9:29 a.m. Failure to appear.

•  Edmond Miller, 30, 800 block of Georgia Street, Gary, booked 11:16 p.m. Failure to appear.



Monday

•  James R. Jenkins III, 24, 600 block of Third Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 1:13 a.m. Battery-domestic.

•  Sheila M. Strong, 50, 2400 North 16th Street, Terre Haute, booked 1:59 a.m. Driving while suspended.

•  Darren L. Miller, 26, 1300 South St. Claire Place, West Terre Haute, booked 4:11 a.m. Battery-domestic.



Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
