TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law

enforcement on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, based on jail records.

Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the

Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Wednesday

Mitchell A. Newton, 49, 200 block of North Crews Place, West Terre Haute,

booked 10:30 a.m. Driving while intoxicated, possession of controlled

substance.

James M. Pifer, 22, 1500 block of Ohio Street, Terre Haute, booked 10:44

a.m. Failure to appear.

Sunny S. Jones, 37, 2000 block of 13 1/2 Street, Terre Haute, booked 11:08

a.m. Failure to appear.

Danny R. Rowley, 62, 1300 block of Sycamore Avenue, Terre Haute, booked

12:05 p.m.  Probation violation.

Lacey A. Pruitt, 26, 3700 block North Arms Place, West Terre Haute, booked 4

p.m. Criminal conversion.

Thomas J. Graham, 22, no address, booked 5:17 p.m. Driving while

intoxicated, leaving scene of accident.

Lustella M. King, 40, 800 block of Elm Street, Terre Haute, booked 5:25 p.m.

Failure to appear.

Christopher Spallone, 18, 100 block of North 15th Street, Terre Haute,

booked 5:50 p.m. Criminal conversion, false reporting.

Linda J. Ridener, 54, 100 block of North 14th Street, Terre Haute, booked

6:29 p.m. Failure to appear.

Austin W. Buchanan, 19, 1100 Roget Place, West Terre Haute, booked 7:23 p.m.

Possession of controlled substance, legend drug violation.

Darrell P. Spillers, 45, 1700 block of North 25th Street, Terre Haute,

booked 8:16 p.m. Probation violation, failure to appear.

Timothy L. Donna, 25, 1900 block of North Hunt Drive, Terre Haute, booked

3:01 a.m. Driving while intoxicated.

Ella King, 38, 10 block of Foulkes, Terre Haute, booked 4:01 a.m. Failure to

appear.

Joel W. McCammon, 29, 100 block of Southridge Road, Terre Haute, booked 8:31

a.m. Failure to appear, possession of controlled substance.

AMENDED: Samuel Angamah, 32, 200 block of Farrington, Terre Haute, booked 10:47 p.m.

Theft. THE PROSECUTOR DECLINED TO FILE CHARGES.

Friday

Tiffany L. Inglert, 28, 700 block of East Franklin Street, Greencastle,

booked 1:09 a.m. Theft, resisting law enforcement.

Danita L. West, 24, 5700 block Port Irvin Drive, Indianapolis, booked 2:49

a.m. Probation violation.

William S. Goodman, 28, 600 block of North 15th Street, Terre Haute, booked

3 a.m. Probation violation.

Nicholas R. Jenkins, 22, 1600 block of Locust Street, Terre Haute, booked

3:24 a.m. Driving while intoxicated.

Zacherey Brown, 20, transient, booked 3:32 a.m. Resisting law enforcement,

criminal trespass.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is

presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
