Vigo County Jail Log: Aug. 2, 2012

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Wenesday

Joshua M. Mast, 24, 100 block of Glibert Avenue, Terre Haute, 9:48 a.m. Forgery and receiving stolen.

Michael W. Whittaker, 53, 800 block of South Ninth Street, West Terre Haute, booked 9:58 a.m. Criminal trespass.

Glendon M. Compton, 37, 900 block of West National, West Terre Haute, booked 1:07 p.m. Failure to appear (two counts).

Joseph Jackson, 24, 200 block of South 21st Street, Terre Haute, booked 1:47 p.m. Bond revocation.

Randy L. Majors, 46, 6100 block of North Errickson, Terre Haute, booked 1:55 p.m. Nonsupport of a child.

Jennifer L. Kensell, 39, 1300 North 19th Street, Terre Haute, 2:15 p.m. Court order and probation violation.

Dustin M. Clarkston, 24, 1000 block of East State Road 234, Kingman, Ind., booked 2:24 p.m. Failure to appear and court order.

Nicole L. Orman, 29, 2400 block of South 11th, Terre Haute, booked 2:46 p.m. Failure to appear.

Venoit L. Ellington, 53, 1600 block of South 10th Street, Terre Haute, booked 3:25 p.m. Battery.

Lori A. Olson, 26, 1600 block of North 27th Street, Terre Haute, booked 5:23 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Brittany J. Graves, 22, 800 block of Margaret Avenue, Terre Haute, 5:24 p.m. Driving while suspended.

Tiffany M. Baldwin, 24, 900 block of North Third, Terre Haute, booked 9:42 p.m. Probation violation.

Mark A. Sheese, 50, 700 block of North 14th, Terre Haute, booked 10:06 p.m. Battery-domestic, resisting law enforcement, public intoxication, and false reporting.

Ariel M. Childeress, 21, 5300 block of Estate Road, Terre Haute, booked 11:44 p.m. Failure to appear and residential entry.

Daphney L. Allen, 30, 1400 block of South 14th Street, Terre Haute, booked 11:47 p.m. Habitual Traffic violator.

Thursday

Josiah M. Terry, 22, no address given, booked 12:46 a.m. Court order.

Marcus S. Lewis, 34, no address given, 12:47 a.m. Court order.

Eruec Ultreras, 28, no address given, booked 12:57 a.m. Court order.   

Michael D. Strickland, 24, no address given, booked 12:58 a.m. Court Order.

Emilee N. Lallow-Cox, 34, 400 block of South Seventh, Terre Haute, booked 1:37 a.m. Disorderly conduct, interference with crime reporting and failure to appear.   

Lucas D. Moore, 29, 400 block of South Seventh, Terre Haute, booked 1:43 a.m. Failure to appear.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
