TERRE HAUTE — An Aug. 30 trial date has been set for a man accused of robbing a Terre Haute gas station.
Adam Shelton, 32, faces charges of robbery, intimidation and two counts of resisting law enforcement.
He was arrested by Terre Haute Police following the 7 p.m. incident at the Marathon station at 13th and Poplar streets.
Shelton appeared Wednesday in Vigo Superior Court 1, where his trial date was set.
