TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Wenesday

Kent D. Whitinger, 49, 2200 block of East New York Street, Indianapolis, booked 7:33 a.m. Court order.

Marcus A. Vaughn, 23, 400 block of North Clay Street, Perrysville, booked 7:41 a.m. Bond revocation.

Gregory Lawrence, 47, 200 block of Sycamore Street, Montezuma, booked 8 a.m. Court order.

Debra A. Vilchuck, 52, 4200 block of South Springacers Street, Terre Haute, booked 9:26 a.m. Habitual traffic violator.

Adam C. Bruner, 23, 1300 block of South Waters Edge Court, Terre Haute, booked 11:24 a.m. Probation violation.

Ronald D. Hayne, 27, 2300 block of North Third Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 12:02 p.m. Probation violation and failure to appear.  

Dustin S. Denson, 19, 500 block of North Main Street, Paris, Ill., booked 12:26 p.m. Forgery.

Brandon D. Garcia, 20, 200 block of East Vanburen Street, Paris, Ill., booked 12:50 p.m. Forgery.

Darrell R. Pryor, 51, 1500 block of Fifth Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 1:19 p.m. Court order (two counts).

Shirley C. Milner, 41, 2100 block of Locust Street, Terre Haute, booked 3:17 p.m. Failure to appear.

Alex E.  Hallett-Miles, 24, 1900 block of Blaine Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 4:49 p.m. Probation violation.

William L. Adkins, 30, 1400 block of Grande Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 7 p.m. Resisting law enforcement, criminal conversion and failure to appear.

Bobby L. Brown Jr., 32, 1800 block of Chestnut Street, Terre Haute, booked 7:09 p.m. Battery-domestic.

Gary J. Morris, 42, 300 block of South Ninth Street, West Terre Haute, booked 7:21 p.m. Failure to appear.

Brittany Dodson, 27, 1400 block of South 14th Street, Terre Haute, booked 8:43 p.m. Invasion of privacy.

James Evans, 45, 5700 block of Old Paris Road, West Terre Haute, booked 8:39 p.m. Stalking  and indecent exposure.

Amy N. Walker, 36, 1800 block of North 10th Street, Terre Haute, booked 10:03 p.m. Failure to appear.

 Rick Dobson, 63, 900 block of Maple Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 11:34 p.m. Operating while Iintoxicated.

Thursday

Timothy J. Bealmear, 34, 100 block of First Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 12:53 a.m. Habitual traffic violator.

Mark Hobson, 50, 4200 block of East 73 1/2th Street, Terre Haute, booked 2:43 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Christy Seifert, 38, under the 100th block of East Magnolia Avenue, Port Orange, Fla., booked 2:47 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Bonnie J. Monk, 30, 13400 block of North Fox Road, Marshall, Ill., booked 4:39 a.m. Operating while intoxicated, resisting law enforcement, criminal recklessness and reckless driving.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
