TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Thursday

Crystal D. Jenkins, 33, 2000 block of South Ohio Street, Seelyville. Booked 5:58 a.m. Visiting a common nuisance and possession of methamphetamine.

William J. Peace, 35, 10 block of Foulkes Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 8:26 a.m. Battery-domestic.

Justin Pavolka, 24, 100 block of East Voorhees, Terre Haute. Booked 10:20 a.m. Failure to appear.

Jason O. Isom, 23, 400 block of Gilbert Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 1:13 p.m. Receiving stolen property.

James E. Loveland, 45, 500 block of North Sharon Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:57 p.m. Failure to appear.

Chelsea M. Casey, 21, 2500 block of East Dexter Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:04 p.m. Court order.

Bradley W. Fox, 24, 3000 block of Morris Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 4:13 p.m. Robbery.

William E. Odom, 42, 200 block of West Griffith Street, Shelburn. Booked 4:53 p.m. Theft.

Sarah G. Millar, 32, 200 block of West Griffith Street, Shelburn. Booked 5:18 p.m. Theft.

Christopher Critchlow, 31, 100 block of South 12th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:33 p.m. Invasion of privacy and bond revocation.

Travell M. Brown, 26, 10 block of East Georgia Street, Indianapolis. Booked 5:59 p.m. Probation violation and failure to appear.

Kelvin Heyen, 30, 200 block of South Ninth Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 6:00 p.m. Bond revocation.

Alex L. Drake, 47, 200 block of Tramway Street, Earlington, Ky. Booked 8:08 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Jamie M. Weger, 30, 1300 block of South 12th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:13 p.m. Failure to appear.

Friday

Julius R. Evans, 22, 2400 block of Cleveland Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 1:02 a.m. Failure to appear.

Jesse H. Withers, 22, 5600 block of Indiana 111 Southeast, Elizabeth. Booked 1:54 a.m. Public intoxication.

Lindsay K. Garvin, 28, 2200 block of Grant Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:46 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.



Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
