Vigo County Jail Log: Jan. 22, 2013

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Monday

Christopher L. Morley, 28, 1500 block of South 19th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:06 a.m. Court order.

Cassi R. Chilton, 28, 3100 block of North Nyesville Road, Rockville. Booked 11:36 a.m. Failure to appear.

Robert Shaw III, 33, 5100 block of North Clinton Road, Terre Haute. Booked 1:18 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Quron M. Kenebrew, 19, 1900 block of North Third Street, Terre Haute. Booked 2:07 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Eric E. Wilkinson, 37, 2300 block of North 26th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:25 p.m. Court order.

Brent J. Rogers, 23, 1900 block of Owens Lane, Corydon. Booked 4:07 p.m. Probation violation.

Jodie Bennett, 49, transient, Terre Haute. Booked 4:09 p.m. Court order.

Robert E. Harrison, 20, 2400 block of South 19th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:54 p.m. Criminal recklessness.

Rhiannon N. Leek, 24, 200 block of North 26th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 7:59 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Jessie A. Morris, 30, 300 block of Kent Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 8 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Brian M. Beal, 39, 2600 block of East Quinn Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 9:02 p.m. Resisting law enforcement, operating while intoxicated and habitual traffic violator.

Tuesday

Demetrius R. Adams, 35, 100 block of South Fourth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:44 a.m. Bond revocation.

Anthony J. Johnson, 37, 1400 block of South Seventh Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:45 a.m. Failure to appear.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
