TERRE HAUTE — Vigo County and Terre Haute city governement offices are closed today.
Additionally, Vigo County Commissioners have upgraded travel status in Vigo County to a "Travel Watch." A watch means that "conditions are threatening to the safety of the public. Only essential travel is recommended (i.e. to and from work, emergency situations, etc.)."
