Vigo County Jail Log: Aug. 9, 2012

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Wednesday

George L. Ross, 56, 10800 block of North CR 200 West, Brazil, booked 12:18 a.m. Public intoxication and failure to appear.

Joshua A. Shaffer, 25, 1400 block of Third Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 12:34 a.m. Public intoxication and disorderly condcut.  

Laura N. Dimond, 20, 400 block of South 15th, Terre Haute, booked 2:21 a.m. Failure to appear.

Michael L. Rowe Jr., 25, 1600 block of Loma Linda Road, West Terre Haute, booked 3:42 a.m. Failure to appear.

Derek R. Smith, 20, 12000 block of North Cardonia East Street, Brazil, booked 4:58 a.m. Failure to appear.

Tony A. Gabbard, 26, 1500 block of South 20th, Terre Haute, 9:46 a.m. Battery-aggravated.

Frank L. Ford, 37, under the 100th block of South 16th, Terre Haute, booked 12:04 p.m. Dealing methamphetamine.

Phillip G. Delong, 26, 8200 block of North CR 575 East, Shelburn, booked 12:27 p.m. Fraud and theft.

Brian K. Tomlinson, 40, 1100 block of South 17th, Terre Haute, booked 1:36 p.m. Failure to appear, possession of firearm, intimidation and battery-domestic.  

Culton R. Davis Jr., 45, 600 block Lafayette Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 2:38 p.m. Failure to appear.

Kelly L. Kimmel, 27, 400 block of South Seventh, Terre Haute, booked 3:29 p.m. Failure to appear.

Carl F. Jenkins, 38, 2900 block of North Sixth 1/2 Street, Terre Haute, booked 3:45 p.m.  Probation violation (two counts).

John M. Delahanty, 43, 900 block of Mill Street, Terre Haute, booked 3:52 p.m. Probation violation.

Dereck E. Worthington, 28, 500 block of East 43rd 1/2 Drive, Terre Haute, booked 4:41 p.m. Failure to appear (two counts).  

Derrick W. Wilson, 27, 1300 block of North 20th Street, Terre Haute, booked 5:11 p.m. Battery and criminal recklessness.

John H. Fuson Jr., 64, 3400 block of St. Mary’s Road, Terre Haute, booked 5:19 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Allen H. Richardson, 25, 1100 block of College Street, Terre Haute, booked 5:57 p.m. Criminal trespass.

Lary Brasfield, 54, 1600 block of Garfield Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 8:32 p.m. Driver never licensed.

Angela James, 40, 300 block of West Center, West Terre Haute, booked 8:45 p.m. Failure to appear.

Joshua L. Sharp, 26, 400 block of South 20th, Terre Haute, booked 10:05 p.m. Possession of methamphetamine and habitual traffic offender.   

Thursday

Martin J. Cenfetelli, 22, 2000 block of College Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 1:01 a.m. Operating while intoxicated and leaving scene.  

Bruce A. Bumpus, 57, 7800 block of North Pottsville Street, West Terre Haute, booked 1:24 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Austin B. Wright, 18, 3700 block of Powers Lane, Manhattan, Kan., booked 1:30 a.m. Failure to appear.

Joshua A. Krueger, 24, 800 block of Champlain Court, Terre Haute, booked 3:17 a.m.  Operating while intoxicated.

Lori A. Olson, 26, 1600 block of North 27th Street, Terre Haute, booked 4:19 a.m. Public intoxication and disorderly conduct.  

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
