TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Monday

Preston C. Lee, 25, 2300 block of Washington Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 9:33 a.m. Court order.

Westly E. Noe, 32, 200 block of North Deleware Street, Shelburn, booked 10:32 a.m. Resisting law enforcement.

Nicholas R. Williams, 21, 1000 block of East 200 North, Washington, booked 11:28 a.m. Court order.

Shannon K. Yocum, 36, 1300 block of Dreiser Square, Terre Haute, booked 2:32 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Jordan L. Schoffstall, 22, 5300 block of East Hulman Drive, Terre Haute, booked 2:48 p.m. Burglary, forgery, theft and receiving stolen property.

Jason J. Hurtt, 30, 1100 block of North 10th, Terre Haute, booked 4:56 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Sara J. Frazier, 30, 2400 block of North 16th Street, Terre Haute, booked 5:05 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Kristina Gruner, 27, 3800 block of West Old Paris Road, West Terre Haute, booked 5:37 p.m. Criminal trespass and failure to appear.

John T. Webb, 68, 3100 block of North Warren Road, Bloomfield, booked 6:27 p.m. Dealing-Schedule I, II or III (two counts).

Chadwick P. Saleh, 27, 900 block of South Fourth Street, Terre Haute, booked 6:59 p.m. Battery-domestic.

Jajuan S. Jackson, 18, 1900 block of North Sixth Street, Terre Haute, booked 8:05 p.m. Theft.

Carrie El. Pendley, 22, 1200 block of South 13th 1/2 Street, Terre Haute, booked 9:26 p.m. Failure to appear.

James J. Ellingsworth, 24, 1100 block of North Chamberlain Street, Terre Haute, booked 9:46 p.m. Public intoxication.

Curtis A. Graham, 48, 100 block of South Eighth Street, West Terre Haute, booked 9:59 p.m. Manufacture methamphetamine.

Nathan A. Goff, 28, 600 block of South Fourth Street, Terre Haute, booked 11:21 p.m. Manufacture methamphetamine.

Tuesday

Daniel R. Kupke Jr., 31, 500 block of South Center Street, Terre Haute, booked 12:05 a.m.  Criminal trespass.

Michael D. Shouse, 19, 800 block of Oak Street, Terre Haute, booked 12:07 a.m. Possession of marijuana/hash, minor consuming alcohol and public intoxication.

Joshua Tremmel, 27, 1600 block of Creekview, Florence, Ky., booked 1:18 a.m. Possession of handgun without license.  

Craig Leibacher, 39, 1400 block of North Leland Avenue, Indianapolis, booked 1:22 a.m. Criminal confinement, strangulation, possession of controlled substance and battery-domestic.

Sheri J. Williams, 44, 4200 block of South Fifth, Terre Haute, booked 4:54 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Todd E. Heckler, 48, 2100 block of East Clayton Drive, Terre Haute, booked 2:37 p.m. Driving while suspended.

Damonica M. Williams, 20, 200 block of South 16th, Belleville, Ill., booked 3:32 p.m. Criminal trespass.

Anthony Brown, 47, 1300 block of North Eighth Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 3:59 p.m. Court order (two counts) and possession of cocaine.

Dale L. Pittman, 48, 1300 block of First Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 4:47 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Brian L. Cox II, 31, booked 2200 block of First Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 5:15 p.m. Probation violation and failure to appear (two counts).   

Landon M. Gambill, 19, 5300 block of West Nevada Drive, Terre Haute, booked 5:28 p.m. Burglary and theft.

David W. Frederick, 43, 4300 North 13th 1/2 Street, Terre Haute, booked 10:17 p.m. Arson.

Wednesday

Elzie L. Pittman Jr., 24, 700 block of Putnam Street, Terre Haute, booked 12:55 a.m. Failure to appear.

April R. Owens, 34, 200 block of South 16th Street, Terre Haute, booked 1:42 a.m. Invasion of privacy, intimidation and disorderly conduct.    

Enzert G. Lewis, 38, 600 block of Monteray Street, Terre Haute, booked 2:11 a.m. Invasion of privacy.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
