TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Thursday and today, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Thursday, Nov. 1

• Michael J. Davis, 44, 1900 block of North Fifth Street, Terre Haute, booked 9:15 a.m. Court order, failure to appear.

• Bridgette Manning, 48, 10 block of South 18th Street, Terre Haute, booked 11:09 a.m. Forgery, burglary.

• Frank Stanton, 49, 1800 block of North 13th Street, Terre Haute, booked 2:31 p.m. Public intoxication.

• Caleb Pickett, 22, Williamsport, booked 2:54 p.m. Failure to appear.

• Steven L. Cox, 51, Hagerstown, booked 3:18 p.m. Bond revocation.

• John L. Pitts, 46, 200 block of North 18th Street, Terre Haute, booked 5:43 p.m. Intimidation.

• Dustin Kent, 27, 900 block of South Ninth Street, Terre Haute, booked 6:47 p.m. Public intoxication, resisting law enforcement.

• John L. Robertson, 33, 1000 block of Blackman Street, Clinton, booked 7:08 p.m. Public intoxication, receiving stolen property.

• Gaynell Riley, 56, 1500 block of Eighth Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 8:19 p.m. Public intoxication, disorderly conduct.

• Daniel Lee Hines, 35, 2000 block of North 10th Street, Terre Haute, booked 8:26 p.m. Public intoxication, failure to appear.

• Darius Comer, 31, 500 block of Heinl Drive, Terre Haute, booked 8:55 p.m. Failure to appear.

• John R. Johnston, 39, 2000 block of North 14th Street, Terre Haute, booked 9:05 p.m. Driving while intoxicated.

• Pamela S. Lane, 46, 4200 block of West Indiana 154, Sullivan, booked 10:41 p.m. Leaving the scene of property damage accident, driving while intoxicated.

Today, Nov. 2

• Kasandra Medina, 18, Fort Wayne, booked 12:27 a.m. Minor consuming, resisting law enforcement.

• Kevin M. Anderson 31, 2500 block of South Center Street, Terre Haute, booked 2:30 a.m. Failure to appear.

• Tyler S. Asbell, 20, 500 South Sixth Street, Terre Haute, booked 3:32 a.m. Minor consuming.

• Robert O’Brian, 19, 600 block of Elm Street, booked 3:43 a.m. Minor consuming, resisting law enforcement.

• Dustin B. Kent, 27, 900 block of South Ninth Street, Terre Haute, booked 6:25 a.m. Failure to appear.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
