TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were Booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Monday

Joseph H. Lanning, 47, 1300 block of Tippecanoe Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:13 p.m. Public intoxication.

Jessie L. Persinger, 33, 100 block of South Crowder Street, Sullivan. Booked 3:18 p.m. Probation violation.

David J. Collins, 36, 2500 block of North 29th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:06 p.m. Failure to appear.

Cody A. Archer, 21, 2000 block of Blaine Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 4:48 p.m. Possession of marijuana/hash.

Cory L. Isles, 30, 12100 block of Maize Drive, Noblesville. Booked 5:24 p.m. Stalking and invasion of privacy.

Adam L. Shelton, 35, 7900 block of U.S. 40, Terre Haute. Booked 8:09 p.m. Battery-domestic, invasion of privacy and resisting law enforcement.

David D. Rigdon III, 20, 2900 block of South Jefferson Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:01 p.m. Failure to appear and battery-domestic.

Nicole M. Miller, 23, 6000 block of Baltimore Street, Cocoa, Fla. Booked 9:26 p.m. Possession of paraphernalia and probation violation.

Kenneth Atkinson, 49, 4900 block of South Fagin Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:53 p.m. Court order.

Carl D. Pearson, 63, 1100 block of Ridgeway Street, Crawfordsville. Booked 10:47 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Kacie N. Robertson, 23, 300 block of East Springwood Drive, Dana. Booked 11 p.m. Criminal conversion and possession of a controlled substance.

Donald D. Hinkle, 47, 500 block of South Eighth Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 11:17 p.m. Failure to appear.

Tuesday

Isiah C. Benford, 28, 400 block of Gilbert Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 12:08 a.m. Failure to appear (two counts), theft, resisting law enforcement and possession of marijuana/hash.

Darren L. Reese, 41, 1300 block of Buckeye Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:10 a.m. Failure to appear.

Thomas C. Riddle, 28, 100 block of South Maple Avenue, Rosedale. Booked 1:34 a.m. Bond revocation.

Tony B. Collins, 21, 2100 block of West Indiana 246, Farmersburg. Booked 2:23 a.m. Operating while intoxicated, resisting law enforcement and reckless driving.

Lance J. Snavely, 20, 1900 block of North Ninth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:05 a.m. Resisting law enforcement and minor consuming.

Pedro Rameres, 37, no address. Booked 6:14 a.m. Court order.

Randy Sawyer, 42, 300 block of East Logan Street, Cloverdale. Booked 6:22 a.m. Court order.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
