Vigo County Jail Log: July 17, 2012

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Monday

Duane D. Sargent, 29, 100 block of North Main Street, Advance, Ind. booked 10:48 a.m. Probation violation.

Eric A. Christensen, 19, 700 block of North Eighth, Clinton, booked 11:29 a.m. Failure to appear.

Jeremy T. Lambert, 29, no address given, booked 1:35 p.m. Failure to appear.

Brian L. Hatfield Jr., 21, 6600 block of Amick Way, Indianapolis, booked 2:20 p.m. Probation violation.

Daniel J. Ketner, 48, 400 block of Jackson Place, Greenwood, booked 2:29 p.m. Court order.

Kimberly A. Evinger, 42, 4100 block of East 73 Road and 1/2 Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 3:54 p.m. Fraud.

Jorgio A. Lowe, 24, 1900 block of North 23rd 1/2 Drive, Terre Haute, booked 4:53 p.m. Disorderly conduct.

Courtney L. Breeding, 25, 200 block of West Margaret Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 5:14 p.m. Possession of marijuana/hash and motor vehicle.

Jorgio A. Lowe, 24, 1900 block of North 23rd 1/2 Drive, Terre Haute, booked 5:32 p.m. Disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and possession of marijuana.

Keith A. Sears, 27, 2800 block of Schall Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 6:18 p.m. Probation violation.

Kristin R. Childers, 19, 100 block of South Samson Road, West Terre Haute, booked 9:01 p.m. Probation violation.

Thomas J. Higginbotham, 29, 7800 block of Lakeside Court, Terre Haute, booked 9:42 p.m. Possession of marijuana/hash and possession of paraphernalia.

Todd L. Prilaman, 40, 1400 block of Wabash Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 10:11 p.m. Public intoxication.

Tuesday

Shane H. Hedden, 36, 700 block of South Ninth Street, West Terre Haute, booked 12:02 a.m. Receiving stolen property.

Curtis Heishman, 24, 100 block of Garden Dale Road, Terre Haute, booked 1:38 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Kyler S. Key, 20, 2400 block of East Quinn Avenue Lot 33, Terre Haute, booked 4:30 a.m. Operating while intoxicated and leaving scene-property damage.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
