TERRE HAUTE —
A Terre Haute woman was arrested for drunken driving after a three-vehicle crash on U.S. 40 at Tabortown Road late Sunday.
Sgt. Clayton White of the Vigo County Sheriff’s Department reports that a northbound car driven by Cynthia J. Bailey, 40, pulled onto U.S. 40 into the path of a vehicle driven by Robert Flott of Terre Haute. Flott’s vehicle struck the car, which then spun into an eastbound vehicle driven by Marvin Haltom of Cloverdale.
No one was injured in the crash. Police report that all motorists were wearing seatbelts.
Bailey had a .14 percent blood-alcohol content and was arrested for driving while intoxicated. She was booked into the Vigo County Jail.
Responding to the scene were Seelyville Rescue and VCSD Deputy Kristopher Morris.
