TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.



Tuesday

• Larry R. Leinenbach, 68, 10 block of 30th Street Court, Terre Haute. Booked 9:06 a.m. Forgery, theft and money laundering.

• Dana S. Laycock, 40, 700 block of South 10th Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 10:12 a.m. Court order and possession of a controlled substance.

• David J. Hosford, 32, 10 block of North Seventh Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 10:45 a.m. Intimidation, possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia.

• Brian L. Cornes, 21, 4400 block of South Spring Akers Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:26 a.m. Dealing marijuana/hash.

• Zachary J. Roberts, 24, 200 block of South McIlroy, West Terre Haute. Booked 12:07 p.m. Failure to appear.

• William C. Hanna, 35, 1800 block of North 24th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:07 p.m. Failure to appear.

• Sabrina L. Jackson, 21, 100 block of Jackson Street, New Albany. Booked 2:50 p.m. Leaving scene-property damage.

• Michael L. Green, 36, 1800 block of Woodlawn Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 3:52 p.m. Probation violation.

• Mark A. Moore, 25, 1400 block of Wabash Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 4:30 p.m. Failure to appear (two counts).

• Ricky F. Barnes, 19, 3500 block of West Pierce Avenue, Chicago. Booked 4:33 p.m. Failure to appear (two counts).

• Donald Jones, 26, 3600 block of North Clinton Road, Terre Haute. Booked 5:01 p.m. Habitual traffic violator.

• Toby J. Hostetler, 36, 2200 block of Boston Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 5:21 p.m. Failure to appear (two counts).

• Nicolas J. Martinez, 37, 300 block of South Fourth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 8:18 p.m. Probation violation and furnishing false identification.

• Eddie L. Haley, 37, 10 block of South Eighth Street, West Terre Haute. Booked 9:09 p.m. Failure to appear and battery-domestic.

• David D. Featherston, 42, 1000 block of North Seventh Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:16 p.m. Failure to appear.



Wednesday

• Gunner J. Olson, 28, 1600 block of North 27th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:40 a.m. Habitual traffic violator.

• Zachary Q. Crouch, 21, 10900 block of East Indiana 42, Brazil. Booked 2 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

• Trent Cooper, 36, 2200 block of Huber Lane, Terre Haute. Booked 4:21 a.m. Probation violation and failure to appear.



Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
