TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Tuesday

Wilbert Miller, 30, 1000 North Monitor Avenue, Chicago. Booked 6:58 a.m. Court order.

Samuel E. Crowther, 44, 200 block of South 12th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 9:01 a.m. Bond revocation.

Terry L. Grady, 46, 800 block of South 17th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:44 a.m. Court order.

April Vermillion, 39, West Terre Haute. Booked 11:56 a.m. Bond revocation.

Donald Allen, 43, 3600 block of East County Road 1400 North, Brazil. Booked 12:24 p.m. Parole violation.

Terrence D. Dockery, 20, 100 block of South First Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:52 p.m. Probation violation and failure to appear.

Michael Woodcock, 32, 700 block of North 25th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 1:41 p.m. Battery-domestic and strangulation.

Carlie I. Rothrock, 24, 1900 block of East Buena Vista Drive, Terre Haute. Booked 3:57 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Lesley J. Stanley, 31, 1900 block of Hulman Street, Terre Haute. Booked 4:04 p.m. Battery-domestic, interference crime and public intoxication.

Cody G. Leach, 24, 1300 block of Fourth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 4:46 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Dustin B. Kent, 27, 900 block of South Ninth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 7:17 p.m. Criminal conversion, possession of a controlled substance, failure to appear and probation violation.

Jackie L. Collins Jr., 42, 2500 block of North 15 1/2 Street, Terre Haute. Booked 7:36 p.m. Failure to appear (two counts).

Michael C. Niccum Jr., 20, 200 block of West Lorey Drive, West Terre Haute. Booked 9:39 p.m. Disorderly conduct and resisting law enforcement.

Curtis L. Harris, 19, 1200 block of North Sixth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:08 p.m. Operating while intoxicated, resisting law enforcement (two counts), false reporting, reckless driving and driver never licensed.

Wednesday

Easton Robertson, 23, 3900 block of West Haymaker Avenue, West Terre Haute. Booked 12:16 a.m. Possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana/hash.

Adam Salmond, 23, 11500 block of North Libertyville Place, West Terre Haute. Booked 12:35 a.m. Operating while intoxicated, possession of marijuana/hash and possession of paraphernalia.

Charlie Johnson, 29, 7000 block of Kinney Place, Terre Haute. Booked 12:44 a.m. Court order.

John K. Koerner, 46, 8700 block of Wabash Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 1:57 a.m. Failure to appear.

Angela Hakman, 42, 8700 block of Wabash Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 2:00 a.m. Failure to appear.

Gregory A. Davidson, 45, 6400 block of McDaniel Road, Terre Haute. Booked 2:39 a.m. Possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance.

Jordan Richmond, 20, 700 block of South Eighth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 3:39 a.m. Theft and minor consuming.

Anthony C. Rapier, 19, 600 block of Gilbert Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 3:42 a.m. Minor consuming, public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
