TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Thursday

David T. Bolinger, 18, 3800 block of North 25th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:44 a.m. Burglary.

Christopher A. Payne, 23, 1000 block of South Fourth Street, Terre Haute. Booked 11:24 a.m. Probation violation.

Lee E. Bemis, 25, 8800 block of South Edison Place, Terre Haute. Booked noon. Failure to appear and parole violation.

Jacob M. Hanna, 18, Seventh and Ash streets, Terre Haute. Booked 1:50 p.m. Burglary.

Nygel J. Holmes, 18, transient, Terre Haute. Booked 2:04 p.m. Burglary.

Shawn M. Roberts, 21, 1400 block of Grand Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 2:33 p.m. Burglary.

Dustin H. Baker, 26, 5300 block of South Graves Road, Brazil. Booked 2:51 p.m. Criminal trespassing.

Abdullah A. Alshammari, 21, 1300 block of Heritage Lane East, Terre Haute. Booked 5:55 p.m. Driver never licensed.

Chavez L. Miller, 20, 4200 block of Kessler Boulevard, Indianapolis. Booked 6:29 p.m. Court order.

Edward L. Pair, 21, 1600 block of Sixth Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 6:40 p.m. Probation violation and failure to appear.

Kevin G. Stevenson, 46, 3900 block of East Sandalwood Avenue, Terre Haute. Booked 8:32 p.m. Disorderly conduct, public intoxication and resisting law enforcement.

Daurel Thomas, 26, 3400 block of Antworks Avenue, Indianapolis. Booked 9:21 p.m. Criminal trespassing and failure to appear.

Stacy A. Godfrey, 32, 1500 block of South 17th Street, Terre Haute. Booked 10:31 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Shane J. McGovern, 32, 1400 block of Union Valley, Ellisville, Ind. Booked 11:36 p.m. Operating while intoxicated and failure to appear.

Friday

Willie E. Sebastian, 58, 2200 block of Seabury, Terre Haute. Booked 12:31 a.m. Possession of methamphetamine.

Takiesha Ness, 30, 1300 block of South Seventh Street, Terre Haute. Booked 12:40 a.m. Criminal conversion.

Cody Kraemer, 22, 2600 block of Jefferson Street, Terre Haute. Booked 5:00 a.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
