Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Friday

• Erik S. Dilg, 32, 2600 block of North County Road 875 East, Poland, booked 9:07 a.m. Probation violation.

• Robert Hetterscheidt, 35, 2100 block of North Main Street, Seelyville, booked 11:16 a.m. Probation violation, dealing methamphetamine, resisting law enforcement, theft.

• Matthew W. Montgomery, 29, 4400 block of North 19th Street, Terre Haute, booked 12:58 p.m. Probation violation.

• Claude F. Hudson, 76, Indianapolis, booked 4:07 p.m. Court order.

• John Lovellette, 34, Veedersburg, booked 4:09 p.m. Failure to appear.

• Michael D. Brown, 39, Hillsboro, booked 4:48 p.m. Child molesting, failure to appear.

• Michael A. James, 50, 1400 block of Spruce Street, Terre Haute, 4:59 p.m. Failure to appear.

• Jamie L. Glaspie, 28, 1400 block of Spruce Street, Terre Haute, booked 5:19 p.m. Criminal conversion.

• Hazel Cook, 30, 2100 block of Plum Street, Terre Haute, booked 6 p.m. Criminal conversion, possession of controlled substance.

• Christopher Payton, 43, 10 block of Heritage Drive, Terre Haute, booked 7:19 p.m. Possession of methamphetamine.

• Billy E. Seeley, 31, 300 block of South Ninth Street, West Terre Haute, booked 8:24 p.m. Bond revocation.

• Gary J. Leyes, 24, Dennison, Ill., booked 9:57 p.m. Criminal trespass.

• Stephen R. Gray, 24, 1900 block of Winslow Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 11:16 p.m. Battery.

• Nancy J. Bauer, 54, 200 block of Barton Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 1:34 a.m. Disorderly conduct.

• Edward Kluesner, 23, 300 block of South Eighth Street, West Terre Haute, booked 1:35 a.m. Battery, resisting law enforcement, public intoxication, disorderly conduct.

• Joshua M. Howell, 20, 300 block of South 15th Street, Terre Haute, booked 2:56 a.m. Resisting law enforcement, driver never licensed, possession of controlled substance.

• Dale L. Pittman, 38, 1300 block of First Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 6:07 p.m. Criminal conversion, criminal trespass.

• Sarah J. Randles, 23, 1500 block of South Third Street, Terre Haute, booked 5:26 a.m. Driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana.

• Gerald A. Bentley, 37, 900 block of Gilbert Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 3:49 p.m. Failure to appear, probation violation.

• Ronald Leitgable, 62, 10000 block of Baldwin Road, Terre Haute, booked 10:39 p.m. Driving while intoxicated.

• Bruce E. Thomas, 37, 1200 block of South Sixth Street, Marshall, Ill., booked 11:30 p.m. Burglary.

• Zachary J. Hutson, 20, 9800 bloc of Rosedale Road, Terre Haute, booked 10:56 p.m. Probation violation.

Monday

• Ashton S. Bennett, 28, 2600 block of North 13th Street, Terre Haute, booked 12:02 a.m. Residential entry, possession of firearm by felon.

• Jason L. Buchanan, 24, 1100 block of Sixth Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 12:55 a.m. Failure to appear.



Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
