Three jailed for alleged drug-related violence

ROCKVILLE — Three men remained in jail Wednesday on allegations of drug-related violence.

According to a media release issued by the Parke County Sheriff’s Department, Glen Hutton Jr., 38, Marshall, Ind.; Bradley Lindley, 28, Bloomingdale; and Tommy Tidwell, 28, Marshall, were arrested about 8 p.m. Tuesday on allegations of intimidation, criminal confinement, pointing a firearm, battery with injury and possession of methamphetamine.

A 36-year old Marshall man, whose name was withheld for his safety, reportedly told deputies he was held captive by the three for two hours while they battered him with a pool cue and held a gun to his head, threatening his life, the night before.

A search warrant was executed at Hutton’s residence in Marshall, where the crime allegedly took place, and deputies recovered meth and the suspected weapon, according to police.

All three remained in jail Wednesday without bail.

The victim was treated and released from West Central Community Hospital in Clinton for his injuries.
