Vigo County Jail Log: Sept. 18, 2012

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Monday

Fred H. Rogan Jr., 49, 1700 block of North 11th Street, Terre Haute, booked 8:06 a.m. Failure to appear.

Andrew Swanson, 23, Indianapolis, booked 12:03 p.m. Failure to appear and court order.

Andrew J.  Krout, 25, under the 100 block of Lazy River Road, Cloverdale, booked 12:19 p.m. Probation violation.

Cierra S. Baker, 20, 2500 block of South 25th Street, Terre Haute, booked 12:45 p.m. Court order.

Tony Mays, 34, 5600 block of Brendan Way Parkway, Indianapolis, booked 1:39 p.m. Court order (two counts).

 Lester W. Hamilton, 34, 2200 block of North 24th Street, Terre Haute, booked 2:24 p.m. Probation violation (two counts).

Travis A. Ley, 35, 1800 block of Ohio, Terre Haute, booked 3:47 p.m. Bond revocation.

Jessica Seeling, 29, 300 block of North 18th Street, Terre Haute, booked 4:05 p.m. Battery.

David W. Rayhel, 20, 1200 block of North 10th, Terre Haute, booked 4:40 p.m. Driving while suspended.

Nathaniel A. Baker, 29, 8400 block of South Marie Street, Terre Haute, booked 5:18 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Jerry D. Shake, 18, 300 block of South 15th, Terre Haute, booked 6:58 p.m. Battery-domestic and strangulation.

Conner T. Gossman, 19, 600 block of Morton, Terre Haute, booked 7:33 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Leviticus N. Brown, 21, 500 block of West Springhill Drive, Terre Haute, booked 8:04 p.m.  Criminal conversion.

Eugene G. Kozlowski, 44, 100 block of East Miller Avenue, West Terre Haute, booked 8:28 p.m. Bond revocation.

Joston L. Pentzer, 20, 600 block of Ash Street, Terre Haute, booked 9:30 p.m. Failure to appear.

Brenda L. Bradbury, 47, 4200 block of North 14th, Terre Haute, block of 11:02 p.m. Public intoxication, resisting law enforcement and disorderly conduct.

Sandra J. Sherrod, 52, 200 block of South 16th, Terre Haute, booked 11:20 p.m. Battery-domestic and battery-serious-deadly.

Floyd Hamilton, 56, 600 block of Cherry Street, Terre Haute, booked 11:38 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Christopher F. Deneca, 24, 1100 block of North Sixth, Terre Haute, booked 11:55 p.m. Battery.

Tuesday

David L. Griffith, 36, 100 block of West Mill Street, Shelburn, booked 12:16 a.m. Possession of methamphetamine (two counts) and disorderly conduct.

Rick A. Bradbery, 47, 4200 block of North 14th, Terre Haute, booked 12:31 a.m. Failure to appear and driving while suspended.

Kalynn G. Douglas, 18, 400 block of Third Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 3:37 a.m. Battery.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
