Vigo County Jail Log: Sept. 13, 2012

TERRE HAUTE — The following individuals were booked into the Vigo County Jail by area law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers but are not final until the Vigo County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Wednesday

Daniel D. Morgan, 47, 10300 block of South CR 675 East, Cloverdale, booked 12:38 p.m. Failure to appear.

Terrence D. Dockery, 20, 100 block of Crawford Street, Terre Haute, booked 1:10 p.m. Probation violation.

Bradley W. Fox, 23, 2400 block of Dillman Street, Terre Haute, booked 2:43 p.m. Criminal conversion.

Timothy F. Watkins, 41, 3400 block of South Fifth, Terre Haute, booked 2:54 p.m. Burglary.

Dovie Dickerson, 35, 100 block of North 23rd, Terre Haute, booked 3:44 p.m. Theft.

Roger Oilar, 57, 1200 block of South 29th Street, Terre Haute, booked 4:13 p.m. Bond revocation and probation violation.  

Eugene C. Vandergriff, 44, 3900 block of Florence Court, Terre Haute, booked 4:16 p.m. Probation violation.

Donald P. Carson, 52, 100 block of North Eighth Street, Terre Haute, booked 4:33 p.m. Battery-domestic and strangulation.

Joshua K. Dunn, 23, 100 blokc of South First Street, Terre Haute, booked 4:55 p.m. Probation violation (two counts).

Shawn A. Johnson, 47, 1300 block of South Elizabeth Street, Kokomo, booked 5:08 p.m. Court order.

Larry Tucker, 37, 2500 block of North Seventh Street, Terre Haute, booked 5:31 p.m. Probation violation and failure to appear.

Meghan Taft, 25, 7800 block of Lakeside Court, Terre Haute, booked 6:07 p.m. Failure to appear.

Donald D. Shake, 43, 300 block of South 15th Street, Terre Haute, booked 8:55 p.m. Bond revocation.

Erica L. Gilmore, 38, 2300 block of Spang Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 8:56 p.m. Operating while intoxicated.

Joshua A. Metcalf, 21, 1400 block of Second Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 10:44 p.m. Public intoxication, unauthorized entry and disorderly conduct.

Angela M. Childs, 48, 1300 block of South 13th 1/2, Terre Haute, booked 11:01 p.m. Habitual traffic violator.

Thursday

Terry Decker Jr., 23, 400 block of South 15th Street, Terre Haute, booked 1:14 a.m. Carrying a handgun without permit and public intoxication.

Albert F. Perry, 48, 1600 block of South Fourth Street, Terre Haute, booked 1:34 a.m. Invasion of privacy and possession of controlled substance.   

Corey A. Rudisel, 24, 2400 block of South Second Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 4:52 a.m. Visiting a common nuisance.

Brandon L. Harris, 26, 100 block of East Miller Avenue, West Terre Haute, booked 4:55 a.m. Court order.

Michael L. Kirkendall, 49, 2400 block of South Second Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 5:02 a.m. Visiting a common nuisance.    

Daniel G. Rudisel, 57, 2400 block of North Second Avenue, Terre Haute, booked 5:12 a.m. Maintaing a common nuisanance.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
