Charles M. Woods, 26, 2000 block of Locust Street, Terre Haute, booked 12:49 a.m. Possession of methamphetamine.

Joshua A. Krueger, 24, 100 block of Crawford Street, Terre Haute, booked 1:38 a.m. Operating while intoxication, criminal mischief, resisting law enforcement and battery-police.

Under the law, criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
