Same tired rhetoric keeps on flowing

Actually, I never cease to be amazed by the contributions of several letter writers. It is as if they all have amnesia and keep repeating the same rhetoric and asking the same questions answered by the last election.

Obamacare is bad and an arsenal of guns locked up in a gun locker is good. Pop culture and race are to blame for mass shootings?

Are you all crazy? C’mon folks, it is time to turn off Fox News and get reality-based for a change. The things that you have been fighting for have been rejected by the majority of Americans.

You all know as well as I do that you all say that you lock up your guns but keep a loaded one ready at all times for the intruder that never comes, at least not when you are at home. Most likely that loaded gun is the first thing that will be stolen, thus endangering us all.

Grover Norquist has fixed every one who has signed the no-tax pledge but good. Either they go along with the president and be responsible about the deficit reductions or they continue in their pig-headed, dilatory positions and watch taxes go up for all of us and face a wrecked economy and breaking their own Norquist pledges at the polls next time.

Either way, they lose.
