Class A No. 3 Linton amassed 474 yards of total offense as the Miners turned away West Vigo 40-0 Saturday in a resumption of a football game that began on Friday.
Linton added three more touchdowns to its tally on Saturday. Linton quarterback Austin Karazsia threw a pair of touchdown passes to Grant Stamm. Zane Hayden also scored a rushing touchdown.
Linton’s Koye Kaiser, who scored a pair of touchdowns on Friday, finished with a game-high 133 rushing yards.
West Vigo (2-2) had trouble moving the ball as it had just 119 total yards. Danny Creasey led the way for the Vikings with 51 yards on the ground. West Vigo could only muster 14 passing yards.

The Warriors led 8-6 when the game was stopped Friday night due to storms. Jeff Girdler, who rushed for 158 yards on 24 carries, scored a one-yard run.
Turkey Run went ahead 14-6 in the second quarter Saturday when Jacob Budd caught a 39-yard pass from Jeff Woods.
The Warriors earned a safety in the fourth quarter. Turkey Run broke a seven-game losing streak.
