Andy Walsh had 24 points and Patrick Harpenau 17 for the winners. Logan Laswell added 11.
Kyle Adams scored 15 and Travis Franklin 14 for the Cougars.

• Warriors, Pioneers advance — In Illinois girls regional play, Casey was a winner in Class 2A action while Tri-County and Palestine-Hutsonville were Class A winners Monday.
Casey defeated Newton 58-48 in the first game of the Casey Regional and will play top-seeded Paris on Wednesday. The second game that night features Robinson against Marshall.
At the Class A Neoga Regional, Tri-County defeated Oblong 45-20 and Palestine-Hutsonville beat Martinsville 71-12.
Autumn Meyer had 20 points for Tri-County, which plays the top-seeded host team today. Sopha Hughes had 10 for the Panthers.
Palestine-Hutsonville had four double-figure scorers — Katie Anderson with 17, Brooke Callaway with 12, Cara Young with 11 and Lacey Williams with 11. Carly Nash had five for the Bluestreaks. The Pioneers play second-seeded Cumberland today.
Swimming
• Falcons shine in loss — At Cayuga, North Vermillion swimmers had four first-place finishes and four lifetime bests during a 131-44 loss of a boys meet to Danville Schlarman.
Tyler Scott had two of the firsts plus a lifetime best, Jonathon had a win and a lifetime best, diver Cole Julick won and Lucas Hatcher had two lifetime bests.
