The Maple Center for Integrative Health has offered Zumba Gold with Cathleen Drobny in the lower level meeting room of the Hux Cancer Center since Oct. 15.
The classes have now outgrown the room at Hux and have moved to Maple Avenue United Methodist Church, 1203 Maple Ave. The class time has changed to 5:45 to 6:45 p.m.
Zumba Gold is different from regular Zumba; the focus is on safe movement, low impact and fewer transitions and turns.
