Dine with a Doc to welcome optometrist

Senior Education Ministries Inc. has scheduled its next Dine with a Doc - West Terre Haute from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 13 at Providence Housing Corp. All Place, 219 North Providence Place, West Terre Haute.

This month’s guest is Dr. Zachary Rossman, newest addition to Ohio Valley Eye Institute. He graduated from Indiana University School of Optometry in 2008 and completed an intensive post-graduate residency at the Indiana University School of Optometry in 2009 serving as visiting lecturer in primary care optometry.

Rossman is the comprehensive optometrist and clinic director at the Terre Haute clinic. He provides routine patient care and medical management of eye disorders, including glaucoma, dry-eyes, and pre- and post- operative care.

A question/answer period will follow his discussion and lunch will be provided.

There will be an opening prayer and devotion at the beginning of the program, and veterans will be recognized for their dedication and service. Health care providers will be present to share information about their services and provide door prizes.

In an effort to ensure everyone receives a complimentary meal and any program materials, reservations are strongly recommended. Call 812-230-7772.

The Dine with a Doc program welcomes community participation and is open to suggestions regarding physicians and businesses seniors would like to hear more about. To make a suggestion call 812-230-7772 or email loriaplin@gmail.com.
