TERRE HAUTE — The Vigo County Health Department is planning several H1N1 clinics for children 6 months to 18 years of age on the following dates and times:
• 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Nov. 19;
• 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Nov. 20;
• 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 21.
The H1N1 clinics are in the County Council Chambers of the Vigo County Government Annex Building at First and Oak streets.
Both the H1N1 nasal mist and H1N1 injectable vaccine will be available.
However, the nasal mist will be administered to anyone 3 to 18 years old unless a parent/legal guardian can provide written documentation from a physician stating why the child should not receive the nasal mist. A parent or legal guardian must accompany a child to the clinic.
