Dining with Diabetes sessions coming up

TERRE HAUTE — Purdue Extension and Union Hospital’s Center for Diabetes Education will be offering Dining with Diabetes on April 7, 14, 21 and 28 beginning at 5:30 p.m.

The classes will be at Spectrum Industries, 1616 Wabash Ave. in Terre Haute. There is a $25 charge to attend the class, and participants will leave with a full set of recipe cards and a notebook of information at the end of the classes.

The class will cover educational information specifically for diabetics and offer cooking demonstrations on how to prepare tasty food for the diabetic. Registrations must be received by March 31.
