Third St. (6 Critical, 6 Non-Critical) Found raw eggs stored over cinnamon melt and cooked eggs in upright cooler; no sanitizer measured in dishwasher; observed black debris on lobby and drive-thru soda nozzles and inside of ice machine; observed built-up grease on pass-thru warmer trays and wire baskets; south lobby soda machine not draining properly and floor drain by ice machine found with standing water; handwash sink found dirty.

Original Spaghetti, Inc., 2446 Wabash Ave. (2 Critical, 1 Non-Critical) Baked lasagna in warmer found at 126 degrees — should be 135 degrees or above (discarded); tubs of spaghetti not marked with date of disposal.

Subway, 423 W. National Ave. (2 Critical, 1 Non-Critical) Roast beef being thawed in handwash sink; sliced roast beef temped at 60 degrees — should be 41 degrees or less (discarded).

Fortune China Buffet, 8 Plaza North Shopping Center (2 Critical) Raw chicken 73 degrees — should be 41 degrees or less (discarded); no sanitizer dispending in automatic dishwasher.

Wendy’s #76, 3421 S. U.S. 41 (1 Critical, 5 Non-Critical) Black debris observed in ice machine bin and chute.
