Cole slaw, cooked rice, meat sauce, sliced turkey and ham not marked with date of consumption (discarded); spaghetti, penne pasta, sliced corn beef and turkey, marsala sauce held past date of consumption (discarded); observed black debris on soda fountain nozzles; chicken breading, diced ham and sausage found at room temperature to 64 degrees, should be 41 degrees or less.

Real Hacienda, 3728 Wabash Ave. (1 Critical, 3 Non, Critical). Open bag of sugar stored on floor with liquid cleaners (corrected).

Baesler’s Market, 2900 Poplar St. (1 Critical, 3 Non, Critical). Salt-n-vinegar wings and buffalo wings on wings bar found at 123, 129 degrees, brown and white gravy in hot case in deli found at 112 degrees, should be 135 degrees or above.

Logan’s Rib-eye, 1000 S. Fruitridge Ave. (1 Critical, 2 Non, Critical). Breading with clumps found at room temperature (discarded).

Pizza Di Roma, Honey Creek Mall (1 Critical, 1 Non, Critical). Pizzas and calzones at room temperature not time marked to discard in 4 hours.

Grand Traverse Pie Company, 75 N. Third St. (1 Critical, 1 Non, Critical). Found raw eggs stored on top of sliced tomatoes and other ready-to-eat food.

Kroger J, 987 & Fuel Center, 4714 S. U.S. 41 (1 Critical, 1 Non, Critical). Clam chowder and chili 96, 100 degrees, should be 135 degrees or above (discarded).

TGI Friday’s, 3401 S. U.S. 41 (1 Critical). Stainless steel kitchenware found on the drying rack with food debris or burnt on debris.

Hickory Farms, Honey Creek Mall (1 Critical). Cheese in open face cooler at 49 degrees, should be 41 degrees or less.

Hissho Sushi at Baesler’s Market, 2900 Poplar St. (1 Critical). Cooked rice 89 degrees after 3 hours, should be 41 degrees or less (discarded).
