TERRE HAUTE —
Husband Gene and I went to Henry, Ill., this past July and Amanda shared this very simple dip. You can eat this with taco chips, crackers or even veggies. Whatever your choice.
With the holidays upon us we are always so busy. This dip can be made the night before.
I have made this with salsa. I’ve also added cheese. Want some spice? Add some of your favorite spices, peppers, etc. It is so good.
Thanks, Amanda.
Chili Dip
1 8-ounce package cream cheese
1 can Hormel chili (without beans) or your choice of brand name for the chili
• Heat together, mix well, and serve with chips or crackers.
