Johnson Drive — (7 Critical, 7 Non-Critical) Employee observed touching clean stainless steel pans after loading dirty dishes without washing hands; shredded cheese, sliced cheese and pepperoni in pizza toppings cooler found at 54-57 degrees — should be 41 degrees or less; cooked shrimp observed with puddled water dripping from cooler in meat room, pan of raw chicken in standing water in fryer area cooler; pans of dripping water observed over food storage in meat room and salad cooler; in hot bar area found debris on utensils hanging on clean rack and dirty knives hanging on knife rack, slicer blades and plastic containers at salad bar unclean; employee washing knives in handwash sink in meat room; fruit flies observed throughout bakery.
