North Star Tavern: 2301 Lafayette Ave. (2 Critical, 2 Non-Critical) Observed phone charger and ink pen in bar handwash sink and knife in kitchen handwash sink; observed waste water backing up into three-bay sink.

Imperial Lanes: 400 N. Third St. (1 Critical, 2 Non-Critical) Jalapeños observed in handwash sink.

Pilot Travel Center #297:
5555 E. Margaret Ave. (1 Critical, 1 Non-Critical) Handwash sink in lobby observed with accumulated debris in basin and around handles.
