Real Hacienda: 2141 Indiana 46, (3 Critical, 2 Non-Critical) Refried beans on steam table 120 degrees - must be 135 degrees or higher; knives in rack and taco shells containers observed with debris; spray bottles of cleaner not labeled. 

Los Tres Caminos: 5147 S. U.S. 41, (2 Critical, 1 Non-Critical) Chicken cooked on 9-19-11 found at 50 degrees — should be 41 degrees or less (discarded); observed raw meat dripping on bag of spinach in walk in cooler.

Ruby Tuesday’s #7673-3451: S. U.S. 41, (2 Critical, 1 Non-Critical) Employee observed assembling salad with bare hands; knife in rack and soda fountain nozzles observed with debris.

  I always liked Granola bars. Also Granola, to eat by handful. Pat Coolley always keeps granola on hand to nibble on. I don’t like raisins so I use dried cherries or cranberries instead. Instead of brown sugar use Splenda or your choice. I also use sugar-free syrup. So my husband, Gene, can eat these bars, too. This recipe comes from Rose Hill Community Church.
