U.S. 41 (4 Critical, 1 Non-Critical) Observed uncovered employee drinks on salad cooler and on shelf above clean dishes by dishwasher; ice machine and bar soda nozzle holder found with accumulated debris; found empty sanitizer bucket in kitchen handwash sink; observed old food debris on onion slicer and vegetable slicer.

Harry & Bud’s European Cuisine, 1440 S. 25th St. (3 Critical) Rolling pin and food processor found with food debris; observed employee using bare hands to plate food; Risotto, pork roast, soup, torte and lentils not marked with date of consumption.

  I always liked Granola bars. Also Granola, to eat by handful. Pat Coolley always keeps granola on hand to nibble on. I don’t like raisins so I use dried cherries or cranberries instead. Instead of brown sugar use Splenda or your choice. I also use sugar-free syrup. So my husband, Gene, can eat these bars, too. This recipe comes from Rose Hill Community Church.
