Los Tres Caminos, 5147 S. U.S. Hwy. 41 (2 Critical, 1 Non-Critical) – Observed employee using bare hands to dip chips into basket; found shredded chicken at 50 degrees cooked on 1/12/10, not cooled within appropriate time limits (discarded).
