- La Isla Mexican Restaurant, 1559 Fort Harrison, (3 Critical, 2 Non-Critical) – Found raw bacon stored over lettuce and raw beef over biscuits in walk-in cooler; refried beans cooked on 2-23-10 found at 51 degrees, not cooled within appropriated time limits (discarded); observed spray nozzle at 3-bay sink hanging below flood rim.
- Tumbleweed Southwest Grill, 2433 S. 3rd St., (2 Critical, 1 Non-Critical) – Soda nozzle in bar observed with mold; wiping cloth bucket with sanitizer on top of quesadilla table next to food.
- Subway, 1205 N. Fruitridge Ave., (1 Critical, 1 Non-Critical) –No sanitizer measured in wiping cloth bucket.
- Zim Marss, 1500 Locust St., (1 Critical, 1 Non-Critical) – Observed accumulated pink debris on bar soda nozzle.
- Rally’s Hamburgers, 3492 S. U.S. Hwy. 41, (1 Critical, 0 Non-Critical) – Shake mixture found at 50.2 degrees in machine, should be 41 degrees or below.
